In February 2018, the renowned global manufacturer of cutting tools, EMUGE-FRANKEN DE., by establishing a partner company in Sarajevo named EMUGE-FRANKEN PRECISION TOOLS LLC, officially entered the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market, which had not been a focus of interest until then.
As an authorized tool distributor with a license (www.emuge-franken-group.com/de/de/standortubersicht/a/facility), we are responsible for a wide range of services and products, which now exceed 60,000. In addition to thread cutting tools, our offering includes various other carbide tools for drilling, milling, measuring instruments and gauges, clamping tools and holders, and other related products.
Due to the close collaboration between EMUGE-FRANKEN DE. and HARTNER DE., we have also become official representatives of HARTNER DE. (hartner.de/?page_id=550&lang=de). This partnership further enables us to provide a broad spectrum of cutting tools that are in demand in the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market and complements the EMUGE-FRANKEN program with HSS and HSSE drills, reamers, as well as carbide tools.
As the founder of EMUGE-FRANKEN PRECISION TOOLS LLC and with over twenty years of experience in the industry and manufacturing, I have recognized the needs and deficiencies of the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market and accordingly set our business strategy. Given that the tools are exclusively used in the production and manufacturing of components for the automotive, electrical, and aviation industries, as well as machinery installations, a key aspect is the tool delivery timeframe, which is 3-5 days in our case. Additionally, a crucial segment is providing technical support both from our company’s address and direct technical support from the tool manufacturers, assisting in selecting the appropriate tools based on their needs and creating special tools as per the end user’s requirements.
